Ecomaison

Ecomaison is the state-approved eco-organization for the sorting, collection, reuse and recycling of household objects and materials: furniture, bedding, decorative textiles, DIY and garden items, toys, building products and building materials.
Historically created in 2011 - then under the name Eco-mobilier - by 24 French furniture distributors and manufacturers, Ecomaison is now made up of 68 shareholders from the furniture, bedding, DIY, garden, toy and building sectors. At the time of its creation, 55% of furniture was landfilled. By 2022, 97% of furniture had been reused or recycled.
The progress achieved has made the furniture sector an efficient one, setting the benchmark for the implementation of new recycling channels. Ecomaison is the eco-organization for the home.

Valdelia

Founded in 2011, Valdelia is a non-profit eco-organization approved by the French Ministry of Ecological Transition, whose mission is to collect and recycle non-household Furniture Waste. Thanks to its national network, it offers local, tailor-made and free services to local authorities, companies and associations of all sizes and in all sectors.
Financed by an eco-contribution on the sale price of all new professional furniture, Valdelia works on behalf of 1,200 marketers: manufacturers, distributors and importers of new professional furniture.

Paris Syctom

For almost 40 years, Syctom has been providing a public service for the treatment and recovery of household waste from 82 municipalities in the Île-de-France region, spread across 11 member territories.
Serving nearly 5.7 million inhabitants, Syctom treats 2.2 million tonnes of household waste every year, recovering it in the form of materials and energy. To achieve this, it has 10 treatment units (3 energy recovery centers, 5 sorting centers and 2 transfer centers) and waste collection centers.
As Europe's leading public operator, Syctom has set itself the target of "zero non-recovered waste". As a pillar of the circular economy and sustainable cities, Syctom is committed to working with its member local authorities and all players in the sector to accelerate the ecological transition.
