a unique process
Mattresses are first collected from waste collection centers, then sorted and sent to our dismantling centers.

Once received at our sites, the mattresses are dismantled. The various raw materials such as foam, latex, textiles and springs are separated and packaged.

Our unique and exclusive expertise in the dismantling process means that each of our sites has a treatment capacity of between 12,000 and 15,000 tonnes/year.
